Deissy Chairez

Deissy attended Wichita State University, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in social work with a minor in Sociology. Her previous work experience includes advocating for teenagers on probation. She is passionate about her work at the CACSC, as it allows her to contribute to our community by connecting families with valuable resources that they might not be aware of. She has been with the CACSC for two years. Initially as an intern and now as a full-time Child Family Advocate. She particularly enjoys working with families and providing a safe and supportive environment. Additionally, Deissy values the opportunity to serve the Hispanic Community, fostering deeper connections through a shared cultural background. A fun fact about Deissy are that she loves baseball, traveling, self-care days and going to the gym.
