How to Report Abuse

If a child is in imminent danger, please call 911.

The decision to report suspicions of abuse or neglect can be daunting. Reports are requests for an assessment of the condition or safety of the child. It’s always better to have a case investigated and find nothing wrong, than to find out later that a child could have been protected from injury. Although cases can be reported anonymously, having contact information and details of concerns leading to the report helps investigators do a more thorough assessment.

RECOGNIZE, RESPOND, REPORT.
