Sol Erdozain

Sol received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Kansas State University. Sol is a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), and is trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, and Problematic Sexual Behavior-Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (PSB-CBT). Sol has been working with children and families since 2013 in a range of roles and settings, giving her a broad perspective in her approach as a therapist. In the last nine years, she has specialized in providing therapy to children who have experienced sexual and physical abuse, ranging in ages from three years old to young adults. Sol has been at the CACSC since 2019 and enjoys working with children and families, empowering caregivers to support children through their unique journey, while remaining an anchor and safe space for the child. Sol’s approach is rooted in self-compassion, helping every individual feel authentically hear and supported. As a native bilingual therapist, she is able to extend her services and support to families who would otherwise have yet another layer of barriers in accessing therapy and resources. Sol feels honored to be part of each client’s healing journey, and is dedicated to helping others grow, build emotional resilience, and create meaningful change in their lives. Sol loves reading and spending time in nature, especially if there’s a body of water nearby (even just a kiddie pool!).
