This one-hour documentary\, “Resilience: The Biology of Stress & The Science of Hope” examines into the science of ACEs (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and the birth of a new movement to treat and prevent Toxic Stress. The film is followed by a facilitated discussion to enhance understanding of childhood trauma. \nCEUs: This training is approved by KDHE for 2 child care licensing hours. BSRB approved. \nTarget Audience: Parents\, foster parents and other adults\, especially those that coach\, counsel\, or otherwise work with children or provide youth-based services.
